Why I got error messages saying that "A TCP/IP initalization errored while trying to connect to the server" when sending email.

If your are using netvigator, cyber express, if you got following message when you are sending mail

This is becaues that netvigator and cyber express have block the smtp (port 25) connection, to resolve this problem, follow the procedure below:

In outlook express, Select tools, accout, then chose the mail tab, select the accout that you encounter problem, then click properties.

In the properties page, check the "my server requires authentication" check box, then click the advanced tab.

In the advanced tab, set 587 as the outgoing mail server port number
